I am unable to log in the app crashes. I paid 1.99 for nothing Im not happy

Just bought app, tried to log in with my ID & password several times & it tells me invalid credentials each time. Dont want to give it any rating but unfortunately it wont let me send the review unless I mark a star.

This app is very frustrating because it does not work even after the update. I love Doterra oils but not their software! Help!

I love the fact that doTERRA has a app but there are a few things I wish it had. Back when they first released this app there was back and forward buttons. For some reason they took them away and it makes looking through everything so much harder. It takes a lot longer too without them on the app. Another thing I would like to have is live chatting with a doterra representative just like on the website incase I ever need to ask questions and am not at home.

Would love to be able to use but I cannot get the app to function.

I am a huge dōTERRA lover so I was really excited to have access straight from an app. However, I never even got it to open. Each time I clicked it would act like it was loading and shut quickly or never even open at all. :( Do not spend the money. I recently downloaded a free dōTERRA app so hopefully it works better.

Will not load on my iPad mini or my iPhone. And I paid for this!!

You cant scroll through the deals and the app is slow... Wishing I didnt waste the money buying it.

I downloaded this app to explore the benefits of their product. It wasnt until After I paid for it that I found out I need a doterra account in order to use this app. I feel like I was ripped off because I dont have an account and cannot use this app that I paid for.

I was unable to add new distributor, and it gave me many other errors, If i could get my money back, i would,

The app was working for me but now the white wheel just keeps spinning and then eventually it kicks you off to the home screen of my phone. I wouldnt be this annoyed but we paid for the app. It needs to be fixed or updated, otherwise please refund our money.

Cant even use the app anymore. Doesnt work dont buy waste of money.

I would love for this app to actually work properly. It would make it a lot easier to place orders and sign people up from my phone, but instead I have to open the website up on my browser. All I get is a dimmed screen and thats it. Ive even let it sit there for a few minutes thinking it was just slow to load but I got nothing. Please fix this!!!

Really? It looks like I just wasted money

Cant get this app to work, wont even load past the menu.

I can make a quick change to my order, help someone enroll, or look up a product when needed. I can also get some basic quick reports from my back office, which is handy. I cant always be around my laptop and this fits my needs.

Refund please!

Worst app ever! I cant even get past the log in screen! $1.99 for this??? TOTAL RIPOFF!!! I cant believe a good company like dōterra would allow someone to rip people off while sporting the dōterra name! Maybe I should switch over to young living

This app needs work. Id probably give the app three stars if it were faster. Just opening the app takes almost one minute to load, which is bad. I just became a Wellness Advocate and I truly love the products. If the app were half as good as the products, Id be happier. The app mostly logs into the account and goes to website view for most pages, except for viewing the basic information on a product. Other than that, the app is not mobile friendly. This would be a very handy app if these flaws would be taken care of.
