Purchased the app. I cannot log on at all. Does not even give me an option for help or reset password or anything. I would like a refund but dont even know where to request one.

I wish I could give it a rating but it wont let me sign in. How do I open it?

I love the convenience of the app because I do EVERYTHING on my phone. However, there is no back button-annoying. It takes a while to load-annoying. It never saves my profile picture, and I have to re-add it every time-annoying. Some of the screens have website layout not phone layout, so to read your past orders you constantly are scrolling left to right-super annoying. I love my oils, and their desktop website, but for a paid app this has MUCH to improve on.

Hardly ever use as it freezes consistently. Messages wont delete. Needs a lot of work!!

I love the ease of use in this app. If Im out somewhere and I need to add something to my order, its right at my fingertips. I love being able to enroll someone right through the phone without having to logon everytime.
