Youre better than this. Put as much work into your IT as you do your products.

I cant log in with My Doterra log in and password and there is no option to sign up or any other way or to override that error code. Any suggestions? Oh right and charging for an app where you can purchase more product is wrong. Finally its slow.

All it does is spin and if I am correct I paid for this app. I could be wrong but just the same it has been a fail!

The app needs a lot of work. Its very slow and prone to crashing. I cant even sign in without it trying to load for a minute or two before crashing.

I have never been able to use this app. Ive gotten to a login page twice but have never been able to get past that. Anytime I open this app, it just spins. I want my money back. I did not pay to watch a white screen flicker while the round "working" clock spins.

You would expect a great app coming from a great company as DoTerra...well not the case! This is the most frustrating, disappointing and useless app!

Horrible app ever. I cant even sign in. It keeps saying credentials invalid. Ridiculous. Do not buy this app!!!! How do I get my money backkkk

Editing orders, placing an order... Clumsy and inaccurate! Takes forever for the app to load. I always have to call in and talk to a real person to make sure Im getting the correct LRP order. Such a pain and a big inconvenience! Its a useful app for just looking at the products... But I havent been able to successfully place an accurate order. Even the representative mentioned the app had some glitches. Cool story, sis!

Ive seen it work for my friends iPhone but why when I decide to purchase it, it doesnt work? I just get the spinning circle of doom not matter how many times I restart my phone or close it out. I would like a refund because this app doesnt even work!!! I agree with the others that it just automatically kicks me out after spinning so long...this should really be a free app.

Do not buy this app!!!! Im sorry I paid for an app that doesnt even get to the login page. There is another app for DoTerra. Its FREE!! And it gives you all the products, uses, and benefits right at your fingertips and easy to use. And a page for you to login. Its a little purple water droplet with 3 leaves inside.

This app takes forever to load. If you get off the app and come back on it takes forever to reload. Also it doesnt function very well. Not very user friendly.

App does not load any of the screens.

I love DoTERRA products, but this app is a disaster! It doesnt matter what I do everything is blank! Nothing shows up. I have deleted and reinstalled so many times, Im ready to give up on it... Hope they have an update that actually works soon!
