When I first purchased the app a few months ago, it worked great! Now it wont even load, all I get is the white background. Im frequently changing my order, so fix it soon!

Terrible app! I am hopeful that DoTerra will make this a #1 priority to fix! They have such great products but this is a huge drawback!

I love Doterra, and I see what theyre going for with this app. I love all that it offers, ordering, enrolling, checking your volume etc. It is just really slow, and not very user friendly.

If an app isnt even going to work you shouldnt have to pay for it in the first place. It will let me sign in but then all pages are blank. I have closed and reopened the app many times. Still wont work, I want a refund.

Overnight, I am now getting a "Restricted Access" notice when I log in....and my picture keeps being deleted. Whats up?!

I loved this app. It was easy to use, set up, buy things for friends and myself. Everything in one place. Now its gone all buggy and I cant get it to open without it saying "Restricted Access" or just plain crashing.

Worse of the worse n want a refund..... No matter what I do u cant use the app says unauthorized puro bs

With the potential it could be and possible updates (and $$ I paid), Im super disappointed. Half the time I cant sign in - whats up with that??

I cant even get logged into this app! I am with everyone else on this one... Products are awesome by the App is not. A refund would be nice but I would love it even more it the app actually worked!

doTERRA produces amazing products with phenomenal quality... This app, not so much.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would! Ive only been ordering from DoTerra for two months now and thought managing my monthly orders would be easier on their app. After being annoyed that I had to pay for their app, it wont even load. I want a refund. Doterras product and shipping are expensive enough. Dont waste your money.... Save it for shipping.

Save you money! Or go buy a candy bar or give it to a pan handler. Worthless app. I was never able to even log in

I paid for the app and cant even log in with my account number !!! Whats the point in having the app if you have to get in through the website ? Either fix it or close it and return the money you took.

I have recently enrolled to become a wellness advocate and saw this app could be a great help in my new journey with essential oils. As soon as it finished downloading, I opened app and first off it doesnt work! Needs MAJOR work to be fixed so it can be very useful for us advocates & PLEASE make it user friendly!!! Disappointing...the essential oils themselves are of high quality, not the mobile app!
